The reson for this was that they found that alot of sex offenders were on medicaid and the only wat to keep it away from them was to quit paying for it for all. As a US taxpayer I see this along the lines of giving free boob jobs, a total elective thing and not necessary.
That is not what I said, I said Viagra was an elective drug. If you can't do it naturally or pay for your own pills, too bad. As a female I could care less if some old man can't chase younger women.
Birth control and/or abortion in disguise.
