The Australian riots continue
After the white Aussies attacked arab-looking people, arab looking people started to vandalize stuff in white aussie neighborhoods. The idiocy virus strikes again. Police have arrested six people after a violent rampage in Sydney's south. It is the second consecutive night of violence in Sydney following property attacks and fighting in beach-side suburbs on the weekend. A large group of men police described as of Middle Eastern appearance gathered in Cronulla where cars and other property were smashed. Police called in all available riot equipment and extra officers saying car loads of people arrived in the area with many taking part in attacks on property. This whole thing is so stupid. Speaking of stupid, I can't believe I have to say this, but since some people seem to think I am either badmouthing the aussies or hating on the middle-easterners in my previous post, I believe I better issue a disclaimer. Sandmonkey Disclaimer: By mentioning that arab gangs may have started the violence, I am not blaming all arabs or hating on them. I am just mentioning that gangs, who happen to be made of arabs, were doing some really stupid shit, and therefore should be condemned for it, especially by arabs who are sick and tired of their image tarnished by such idiots. Also by mentioning that it was a gorup of white aussies who attacked any middle-eastern looking person they could find, I hope you do understand that this doesn't mean that all White Aussies would support such action (they condemned the nutbags who attacked the arabs btw) and that this doesn't define Australia as a country, nor do I preceive it to be such a place. OK, people? Glad I cleared that one for ya!

I agree with you totally. Things from both sides should just stop. Period. No saying, he did first or he did it second. I was in Sydney for a two-week visit last year and I found it a cool place to visit and live in. The Aussies I met were quite friendly and the few Arabs I met there were successful people who cam to Australia to work and have no problem integrating.

Sorry Sandmonkey if my post appeared to accuse you of anything. I actually appreciated the chance to voice my opposition to what had happened and for me to explain, from an Australian perspective, that this was not what Australia is about.
Seems many community and police leaders agree with your nutbag opinion. When a high ranking officer was asked who in the community we should look to for leadership he said "Parents". These people on both sides of the fighting have no respect for authority, police, themselves or others.
As many in the Lebanese and other communities are arguing now the trouble is more about youth out of control than racist fighting.

The one thing that is funny about this is that if they arrest the arab gang members and arrest people from the violent mob they will all end up in jail together.

I am cheering for the Aussies as the 2 choices granted me by Islam - death and dhimmitude - don't appeal to me very much.
Eh, can't believe you had to make that disclaimer. Not necessary for me, bubba. If I had to pick someone I can rely on from all the Muslims I've met online, you'd be on top of that list. To me, you're just another American (that's a compliment!).

Arabs are the plague of this world, they are agressive, lazy and refuse to integrate in our western countries. Most arabic countries are dictatorships because there is no other way to deal with this people. I am sorry to say so but the worse things are to come. If we don't get rid of them quickly, they will destroy the very essence of our civilization.
In France they burnt like 10 000 cars, destroy 30 schools and 5 public transportation companies and we still have to apologize for not "giving them a chance". We just gave them too many but they prefer to steal, rob, rape women and sell drugs ... Time for a new crusade has come.
