There is no place like home
I am heading back to egypt. Vacation is over and the tour is done. very soon I will be in NYC and I will contact my NYC peeps so I can meet them before going home. I will be back though, and I think for a long time as well, in a couple of months time. Let's just keep it our little secret, but I got kinda offerd a position working in DC. It will be a while till all the red tape is over and done with, and until then I will be chillin like a villian in good ole Cairo. Hopefully nothing will go wrong between now and then, but knowing my luck, well...yeahh....anyway... It will be good to be back though, because I was leaving way too many loose ends behind, and I think it's time I took care of them. The sucky part is that I will be running out of money again. No worries, I am not asking for donations again...yet. But when the time comes, I hope y'all be feelin generous for yours truely. TTFN, The Sandmonkey

sandy, forget DC & its comics, Europe is the best! or if you are so anxious on america, head to the colder north, i.e : canada.
Why in the world would anyone want to live in Canada by choice? I lived just over the border in NY and that was too close! Glad you are moving to America. With all that is happening/about to happen in the Middle East it will be good not to worry about you.
jokerman, you have to be kidding? Both choices s*ck. If Iran has or is close to a nuclear weapon they already have missles that can reach Europe. If I were in Europe or the ME right now I'd be wanting to get out as quick as possible cause it ain't going to be pretty.

first of all, IRAN does not have Nukes & though they want to make them but they will not.
secondly, The US with its interests in the ME is the one to be biting their heads off if what you say is half true.
& Canada does not suck, its more refined than the states, multicultural & has plenty of opportunities for many, all i said was why doesnt Sandy seek a job there as its near the US.
By the way, Europe has more brains, diversity, culture & agility!
