Okay, so maybe it's a canadian- a russian immigrant nonetheless- who won the Miss Universe Title, but that was just a ploy to keep this hot egyptian down. GO Mariam, and don't sweat it, you will always be the true winner in my eyes!

actually Mariam reminds me of Penelope Cruz is that good or bad ?
Highlander: I am not sure. I dunno if she looks like penelope cruz, bas i think penelope cruz is ugly while Marian to be H.O.T. stuff, so i may have to say that the fact she reminds u of her is bad.
Now if only all the egyptian girls looked like that. Sigh...

Maybe it's Mariam's nose or eyes or smile. I'm not sure which one reminds me of Cruz , but i must admit she's cute [Mariam] that is.

The Russian... er, Canadian... woman and the Egyptian woman are both very attractive. The Miss Univers pageant seems to be making a comeback, it seems that in recent years women were winning based on their nationality/ethnicity rather than their... hmmm.... qualifications :)
Maybe I'll start paying attention to these pageants again.
Penelope Cruz, ugly? I know a couple guys who think that too, but I don't agree. Such mixed opinion on somebody's looks usually means they are unusual looking. Which is a good thing, in my book.
