A Tale of 2 Evacuations
The comparison really makes NOLA look bad, but at least people are handeling it efficiently this time. Now here is a random thought: Florida: Governer is Republican, efficient evacuation. Texas: Governer is Republican, efficient evacuation. Louisiana: Governer is Democrat, huge clusterfuck of an evacuation. Association is not causation, or is it? Me wonders!

No I think you like most thinking people see the difference. The reason Texas could take the evacuees from NOLA to the Astrodome was because it is always set up for emergency evacuations from the coast. Unlike Louisianna which has been run by democrats since reconstruction. Stark differnce huh!
