An Oklahoma ex- judge is facing charges for exposing himself and having a Penis Pump under the bench. I always suspected they were "going commando" under those black robes, but a Penis Pump? How does that work exactly? Did he like pump it up while the lawyers dilligate? Is that what turns him on? Humans are freaks...
