Lebanese election follow-up

As i mentioned here before, the only remaining interesting part in the lebanese elections is the part where Michel Aoun steps in and engages in the ultimate political battle with the Harriri/Jumbalatt alliance. For an awesome analysis on the situation, please go here, and here. On a sidenote , The Lebanese Bloggers site is proving to be a great place for political analysis and discussion of lebanese politics and the internationalfactors affecting it. Doha's piece on Jumbalatt's reasons for not disarming Hezbollah, and his take on the respective roles of arabs and americans in pushing for democracy in the middle-east are must-reads. .
