American start troop pull-out by 2006?

It seems to be the case. Not surprising really, Iraq has only problems in 4 out of its 18 provinces and with the current rate of Iraqi army training, they should be able to handle it. Or at least, I hope so!

Iraq has problems in all its provinces: the Badr and Sadr militias will need to be killed eventually, and who else will do it? Since they've taken over the police and the military?
