The Pendulum

The local NGO's want to monitor the elections. The Election committe says: "No. you can't." The Courts says : "Screw you Election Committe. Yes, NGO's, you can!" The Election Committe says : "Well, screw you too Court system. We won't allow it!" The US House of Representitives delegation spokesman, Tom Davis, says there is nothing to it and thinks it's a case of "activist judges". Good thing the NGO's have a back up plan . ;)
