Just another reason why Kerry sucks

In case you needed another reason why it's a good thing that Kerry did not win!

Ok, John Kerry lost the election last NOVEMBER. Find someone else to bash. (I know there's a Clinton joke around here somewhere. Make funny French noises, that's always a laugh riot!)

It's one thing to deliberatly "out" a CIA agent in an effort to end the career of the WIFE of a political opponate, but quite another to mistakenly utter a name by accident at a congressional hearing.

A hearing, by the way (The real point here), to determine if John Bolton's "long and distinguished history as a U.N.-basher" is really such a hot idea considering the U.N. ambassadorship is a diplomatic appointment.

Maybe, Bolton would be more suited to yelling at liberals on Crossfire or the Mclaughlin group?

hey um... i dunno why you care so much bout dissing people. surely it can't build them up or help you make friends. surely you can do something else that could help the world or your country, instead of dising them DO something!

Hey Bushmesiter,

I am sorry that my utter hatred for John kerry disturbs you, but what disturbs me is that this man almost became the american president, and he has hopes for 08. So, ehh, yeah,if you don;t mind , i will be bashing him till Kingdom come, or at least till the democratic primaries are over in 08. Whichever comes first.

as for your point that there is a difference between the two outings, well, you are probably right, except that it doesn't really matter for the CIA agents involved now does it. Not to mention, the "mistaken name utterance" happend during a congressional hearing in an attempt to discredit Bolton- a Bush nominee- by the person who lost to Bush in the first place. So maybe it's not so different after all!

But let's say that you are right, that it is different, does that make it excuseable? Does it make it allright? It doesn't bother you at all? Not even a tiny bit? Hmmm...

As for the UN, that organization is soo corrupt that maybe what you do need there is a UN basher, u know, someone who just won't let the bullshit slide! you know?

But anyway, you are barking at the wrong tree, i don't make clinton jokes, and i won't be making funny french noises( altough that's kinda redundent since french noises are funny)anytime soon. As for finding someone else to bash, i believe i just did!

Have a nice day!

I'm sorry if I got you hot under the collar. You right-wing types seem to get that way when anyone dares bring up contrary points of view.

I don't want to belabor this issue, we'll have to agree to disagree. I'm sure I hate Kerry even more than you do. What a lousy cannidate! A chair could have beat Bush.

I would like to answer one point you made, however:

You said:

As U.N. ambassador, I don't think Bolton would have that much influence in "reforming" the organization. The secretariat is beholden to all the member states, even the U.S. can't just go in there and clean house.

Whatever shenanigans were going on during the whole "Iraq oil for food program" was basically signed off on by the U.S. and every other country involved. No one is going to be looking into this matter too intensly. The likes of FOX and reverend Moon's Washington Times will beat this dead horse 'til the cows come home, but nothing ultimatly will come of it. There are too many hands in the till.

You can't say the U.S. didn't know what was going on. It's like Inspector Renault in "Casablanca" saying "I'm shocked, shocked that there's gambling going on here!...Here are your winnings sir...oh, thank you."

And common', get real, the Bush administration and the republican congress calling the U.N. "corrupt," is callig the kettel black, isn't it? I mean really!

Anyway, Bolton's nomination is a bit of a demotion, right? He was in a position at Foggy Bottom to craft policy. At the U.N. he just follows orders from Condi.
