Shroeder and Chirac keep beating a dead horse!
Correction: Europeans are not stupid, but their leaders are! What's the point? France and the Netherlands already said no, and the remaining countries are sure to follow as well. So why waste everybody's time? I just don't get it!

I'm sorry stefania but i have to dissagree the reason the french refused the eu constitution is because they want to punish president chirac for the bad economy it was mainly to embaress him and because they believe the constitution will deprive them of their social policies.
So they talk about changing some parts of the constitution to keep some privacy in each country's laws.
