That would be funny
Cuba has offerd to send more than 1,500 Cuban doctors to help with the Katrina victims, an offer which the US refused. I am for one am dismayed, I think the US shouldm't have missed that opprutunity. How funny would that be, if they came all the way over to the states and then refused to go back to Fidel's Hell? That's just PR gold, you know?
