ROFL man that is one determined cop!
Yes we do need cops like that, except for a some smart aleck lawyer would get the felon off and cop in jail for police brutality.
It's a staged scene to begin with. But no matter... Wreckless driving, even in hot pursuit of a felon, doesn't warrant this kind of cop behvior. Good training tape.
